Our Candidate Criteria

Our candidates will have:

Undergone Police Clearance Checks, taken and passed the English proficiency test,
Undertaken supervised work experience, have checkable work references,
Have been double jabbed,
Completed Mandatory UK Training,
Care Certificate Standards start up.

Our Selection Process

We have an extensive Recruitment Process for all Candidates. Our Candidates go through a 14 Step Recruitment Process that is well adapted to suit U.K Requirements. This begins with; an expression of interest, invitation to an open day, interactive session with HBBA Team. Candidates begin their preparation & journey to work in the UK.
